[MARS] Toolbar with Rec, Play, Pause buttons don't exist in Simulation and Device Views
How to reproduce it:
1. Open the user's attached project "STW 2021.2 MARS 2.zip"
2. Load the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Open the Simulation View by clicking on Window > Mars > Simulation View
4. Check the top of the view
Expected results: Toolbar with Rec, Play, Pause buttons exist
Actual results: Toolbar with Rec, Play, Pause buttons don't exist
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a17, 2021.2.0b6, 2022.1.0a4 (Unity Mars 1.3.1)
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.16f1, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0a16 (Unity Mars 1.3.1)
Notes:
