[MARS] Simulation View displays artifacts on the object when moving the camera
How to reproduce it:
1. Open the user's attached project "STW 2021.2 MARS 2.zip "
2. Load the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Open the Simulation View by clicking on Window > Mars > Simulation View
4. Move the camera and observe the object's mesh
Expected results: Artifacts doesn't appear
Actual results: Artifacts appear when moving the camera
Reproducible with: 2020.3.16f1, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0b6, 2022.1.0a4 (Unity Mars 1.3.1)
Could not test with: 2019.4.29f1 - due to the MARS namespace error:
error CS0234: The type or namespace name 'ARFoundation' does not exist in the namespace 'UnityEngine.XR' (are you missing an assembly reference?)

This is a URP project, and we've fixed a lot of random URP stuff.
