Marker in the animation’s preview window doesn’t stop when reaching the end of the timeline and jumps to the start of the animation when moving it with the cursor
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “AnimationEventBug.zip” project
2. In the Project window, select “Ch39_nonPBR.fbx“
3. In the Inspector window, drag the marker of the animation preview to the right
4. Observe the result
Expected result: Marker stops at the end of the animation
Actual result: Marker doesn’t stop at the end of the animation and jumps to the start
Reproduced with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.10f1, 2023.1.15f1, 2023.2.0b11, 2023.3.0a7
Reproduced on: macOS 13.5.2 (Intel)

Notes:
- if pressing the Play button in the animation preview after steps, then there will be two markers in the timeline
- not reproducible if starting to move the marker to the left side
