Major CPU spike in Release Builld when VR is disabled with SteamVR/OpenVR
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Build for Standalone
3. Start Task Manager
4. Start the build
5. Press the onscreen button(this disables VR)
6. Observe Task Manager
Result: major CPU spike upon disabling VR
Reproduced on 5.5.1p4, 5.6.0b9, 5.4.4p3
5.3.7p4 lacks required functions called in the plugin
Notes:
-Not reproducible in the editor, only in (Standalone) builds
-Not reproduced on a build with OculusVR
