[macOS][Xcode] Legacy Build System will be removed when future Xcode version is released
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project using the default 3D template
2. Go to the Build Settings (File->Build Settings)
3. In the Build Settings window, enable the "Create Xcode Project" option
4. Make a build
5. Open the generated Xcode project
6. In the Xcode Editor, view the Project Settings (File->Project Settings)
7. View the currently selected Build System
Expected result: "New Build System" is selected by default
Actual result: "Legacy Build System" is selected and there are warnings about it being deprecated and removed
Reproducible with: 2019.4.24f1, 2020.3.4f1, 2021.1.3f1, 2021.2.0a13
Couldn't test with: 2018.4.34f1 (There's no option to "Create Xcode Project")
