[macOS] Visual Studio opens multiple instances when selecting multiple Scripts and opening them
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Select multiple scripts holding the "Command" key
3. Right click and choose "Open"
Actual result: Visual Studio is opened with multiple instances. If the user opens 300+ Scripts, this might brick the macOS device
Expected result: Single instance is opened with multiple Scripts, like it does on other OS or Rider
Reproducible with: Visual Studio Editor 2.0.17, 2.0.18 (2020.3.45f1, 2022.2.6f1, 2021.3.18f1, 2023.1.0b3, 2023.2.0a20)
Note: If user cannot log into device after it freezes, entering macOS with safe mode will fix the freeze
