[macOS] "Visual Studio Code" is missing from the External Script Editor dropdown menu even though it is Installed and Updated

To reproduce:

* Install the Visual Studio Code on your machine;
* Open Unity Hub and create the New Project;
* Open the Preferences window;
* Select the "External Tools" options;
* Expand the "External Script Editor" dropdown menu;

Expected result: You can find the "Visual Studio Code" option;
Actual result: There's no "Visual Studio Code" option;

Notes:
* This issue reproduces only on macOS;
* Other Script Editors such as the "Rider" or "Visual Studio" are detectable;

Not reproducible in Unity 2023.1.0a17
Regression in Unity 2023.1.0a18

    There are no fixes planned for this Bug

  2. Resolution Note (2023.1.X):

    VS Code package is deprecated thus IDE does not detected automatically. But it is possible to select it manually or add the package by name manually in the package manager.
