[macOS] Video stutters at the end of the Playback Loop when updating the VideoPlayer.playbackSpeed at every frame
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. Inspect the Game View
Expected result: Video loops without a problem
Actual result: Video stutters at the end of each loop
Reproducible with: 2018.4.0f1, 2018.4.13f1, 2019.2.13f1, 2019.3.0b12, 2020.1.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.35f1
