[macOS] Unity Editor crashes when Right-clicking a tooltip
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Hover over a button that has a tooltip (ex. Layers dropdown menu)
3. Wait for the tooltip to appear
4. Right-click on the tooltip
Expected result: Unity Editor doesn't crash
Actual result: Unity Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2018.4.24f1, 2019.4.1f1, 2020.1.0a19
