[MacOS] Secondary monitor doesn't refresh when adding a GameObject on a newly created project
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project and open it on the main monitor
2. Make Unity Editor fullscreen
3. Place the Unity Editor window on the secondary monitor's desktop
4. Create a GameObject
Expected result: GameObject is created and visible
Actual result: GameObject is created, but not visible
Reproduced with: 2020.3.23f1, 2020.3.25f1, 2021.2.7f1, 2021.2.8f1, 2022.1.0b2, 2022.1.0b4
Not reproduced with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.22f1, 2021.2.9f1, 2022.1.0b5, 2022.2.0a4

Resolution Note (fix version 2022.2):
On Metal editor, moving a fullscreen editor window to a secondary desktop would result in the view being frozen until exiting fullscreen due to editor frames being skipped on resolution change, this has now been fixed.
