[WebGL] Mouse wheel is much less sensitive in standalone or very sensitive in WebGL compared to Mouse Pad when using a slider
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project "836617-ZoomSensitivity.zip"
2. Build a standalone build with MacOS
3. Compare Mouse Pad and Mouse wheel sensitivity
Expected results: Mouse Pad and Mouse Wheel have the same sensitivity
Actual results: Mouse wheel is much slower on macOS standalone build compared to the mouse pad
Reproducible with: 2019.4.5f1, 2020.2.0a18
Unable to test with: 2018.4(Package errors)
Note: On WebGL the mouse pad is normal but the mouse wheel sensitivity is very high. This behaviour is not the same on different devices, but different behaviour is always present between the mouse pad and mouse wheel
