[MacOS] Mouse gets stuck on right click drag in scene after right-clicking anywhere in editor
How to reproduce:
# Create new project
# Right click anywhere in hierarchy and then close the opened context window (left-click anywhere in scene) - notice how mouse acts just moved around in scene (nothing happens)
# Interact with any scene buttons
# Right click anywhere in hierarchy (or in editor) and then close the opened context window (left-click anywhere in scene) - notice how mouse gets stuck on drag action
Expected result: Mouse does not get stuck on drag action

Does not reproduce with: 2022.1.20f1, 2022.2.0a10
