[MacOS][Metal] Game View is constantly flickering when active
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Make sure the Game View is visible
3. Move the mouse around or resize the Game View window
Expected result: no visual flickering or artifacts are present
Actual result: Game view is flickering excessively
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.21f1, 2020.2.6f1, 2021.1.0b8, 2021.2.0a6
