[macOS] IL2CPP build crashes when running
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Go to File > Build And Run (Ctrl + B)
Expected results: the build successfully executes and runs as it should
Actual results: the build crashes on execution
Reproducible with: 2021.2.11f1, 2021.3.4f1
Could not test with: 2019.4.40f1, 2020.3.36f1, 2022.1.5f1, 2022.2.0a17 (it's a complicated customer project and it won't work across other versions)
Reproducible on: macOS 12.0.1 (3.19Gz unknown)
Not reproducible on: Windows 10 (Intel)

Reproduced on OS X 12.4 Apple Silicon, Unity 2021.3.6
Compiling as 'Development Build' with l2cpp works as expected.
Worked in earlier versions of 2021.2.x
