[MacOS] Emojis are not displayed in the Shader Graph window
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ShaderGraphBug.zip";
2. Double-click on the Emoji Shader Graph object;
3. Observe the Shader Graph window and the title of the shader.
Expected results: The fire emoji will be displayed in the Shader Graph window.
Actual results: The emoji is displayed as a box with a question mark.
Reproduced on: 2018.2.0b5, 2018.2.5f1, 2018.3.0a9.
Note: emojis are still displayed in the title of shader if looking through the material "Shader" dropdown.
