[MacOS] Editor hangs on opening script in VisualStudio
To reproduce:
1. Start project on Mac.
2. Create script in project.
3. Doubleclick on script in Project folder.
4. Wait till VS will start.
5. Close VS.
6. Doubleclick on script in Project folder.
Actual result: after step 4 or 6 Editor hangs for a few minutes and opens script with default system tool (Sublime in my case).
Expected result: VS opens scripts with no great delay.
Regression since 2018.3, does not reproduce in 2018.2.
