[MacOS] DragAndDrop.StartDrag spams console with error
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project "Fresh Unity 2017.2 Beta Project.zip"
2. If not open, go to Window -> Custom -> My Custom Window
3. Click inside the new window and drag away from it
4. Console will pop up with "No Drag&Drop has been setup. Please" errors
Expected: No errors are thrown.
Actual: Error message appears, poorly made at that ending with what seems the beginning of a suggestion
Reproduced on MacOS High Sierra 10.13
