[macOS] Display Resolution Dialog does not remember the previous 'Windowed' setting when launching the player
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Build the project
3. Open the app to see the Display Resolution Dialog
4. Check the 'Windowed' option and launch the app
5. Close the app
6. Open the app to see the Display Resolution Dialog again
Expected result: 'Windowed' checkbox setting was remembered and is still checked
Actual result: 'Windowed' checkbox setting is unchecked
Reproducible with: 2018.1.0a1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.4.6f1, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.1f1, 2019.3.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1
Could not test with: 2019.3.0a11, 2019.3.0a12 (Display Resolution Dialog removed)
