[MAC] Unity crash when closed during collaborate update or push
To reproduce:
1. Create a new collaborate enabled project
2. Push it to the cloud
3. While it is pushing, close Unity
Expected result: Unity closes
Actual result: Unity crashes
Reproduced on: 2017.3.0b3 2017.3.0b4 2018.1.0a1
Not reproduced on: 2017.1.0f3 2017.2.0b1 2017.3.0a1 2017.3.0b1
Regression introduced on: 2017.3.0b2
Notes: MAC only. Was not able to reproduce this issue on windows. MAC OSX 10.12.5.
MAC OSX 10.13 crashes only form 2017.3.0b4 .
