[Mac Editor] EditorWindow.focusedWindow returns null when not focused on Unity
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open "SampleScene"
3. Click on the Scene View to focus it (observe the "UnityEditor.SceneView" outputs in the console)
4. Click or tab focus onto another Application
Expected results: Console still outputs "UnityEditor.SceneView"
Actual results: Console outputs null
Reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.4.5f1, 2019.1.13f1, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.3.0a11
