[Mac] Camera Add extension context dropdown doesn't reopen
Reproduction Steps:
# Create new project and install cinemachine 3.0.0 package
# Add cinemachine camera to the Hierarchy
# In Inspector click Add extension - context menu opens
# In Inspector click Add extension again
Actual result: Context menu doesn't open without right clicking the dropdown first
Reproduced with: 3.0.0-pre9

Resolution Note:
Due to the state of the new Contextual Menus feature, we decided to revert to OS Menus in 2023.3. Hence, we are cancelling all 2023.2.X ports and recommend using 2023.3.0b1 or higher for more stable context menus. The feature will be reconsidered in future versions.
