Mac Build running in Window mode gets distorted when maximized via top-right Titlebar button
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any Unity project (an empty one works fine for this purpose)
2. Build for Standalone - Mac
3. Open the built project in Window mode
4. Maximize it
Expected result: the program enters full-screen
Actual result: it acts as if it was maximized, but the game view remains inside the same small window
Reproduced with: 2017.2.0a4, 2017.2.0b1, 2017.3.0f3, 2018.1.0b6
Not reproduced in: 5.6.4f1, 2017.1.0f3, 2017.2.0a1, 2017.2.0a3, 2018.2.0a1
