[M1] Timeline window glitches when manipulating clips
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "case_1402501" project
2. Open the "Main CameraTimeline" Timeline file in the Project Browser
3. Drag the "Active" clip along the Animation Track
Expected result: The clip is moved without any issues
Actual result: Glitches appear when moving the clip
Reproducible with: 1.7.1 (2021.2.10f1, 2021.2.16f1)
Not reproducible with: 1.7.1 (2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.32f1, 2021.2.9f1, 2021.2.17f1, 2022.1.0b13, 2022.2.0a8)
