[M1] Scene window zoom works after a delay when using "option" and right-click shortcut
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Hold “option” and right-click down and move the mouse on Scene window
3. Observe Scene window
Expected result: Scene window zooms in and out without any problems
Actual result: Scene window zooms in and out after a delay
Reproducible with: 2021.3.10f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.18f1, 2022.2.6f1, 2023.1.0b3, 2023.2.0a1
Fixed in: 2021.3.11f1
Reproduced on: macOS 12 (M1)
