[Mac] Editor drops frames when Timeline recording is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “testTimeline.zip” project and the Scenes/SampleScene
2. Select “Cube” and try to move it in the scene
3. Press the “record” button in the timeline and try to move the cube again
Expected result:
Actual result:
Reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.15f1, 2022.1.0b11, 2022.2.0a7
Note: Less, but still noticeable with Rosetta editor versions
