[M1] Crash on MTLGetEnvCase<MTLErrorModeType> when building the project for iOS
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “BuildCrash”
2. Go to File > Build
3. Select the iOS platform and Build the project
Expected result: The Build is completed successfully
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a6, 2022.2.2f1, 2023.1.0a17,
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.44f1, 2021.3.16f1, 2022.1.24f1, 2022.2.0a5, 2023.1.0a18, 2023.1.0a25
Reproducible on: macOS Ventura 13.1 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: macOS Ventura 13.1 (Intel), Windows 10
Notes:
* Doesn’t reproduce with a new project
* The issue is reproducible with both Intel and Apple Silicon Editors on M1 Mac
