m_Body == NULL error after disabling a game object that is attached to HingeJoint2D
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open SliderHinge scene
3. Attach the red game object to the green's hinge joint 2D "Connected Rigid Body"
4. Disable the red game object
5. Enter/exit play mode
6. Notice the error thrown in the console: "m_Body == NULL"
