[LWRP] Reflection of the objects is offset by the viewpoint's position after switching the target platform to Android
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's project
2. Inspect the object's reflection in the Game View
3. Switch target platform to Android.
Expected result: Reflection of the objects is consistent with the object's transform position (see attached WinStandaloneEditor screenshot).
Actual result: Reflection of the objects is offset to the right after changing target platform to Android. (see attached AndroidEditor screenshot).
Reproducible with - 2018.3.0a7, 2018.2.2f1, 2018.1.9f1
LWRP package version - 1.1.11, 1.1.4

If this is from the bug report that I gave (clydecoulter@live.com) then it works fair when the Platform is set to Windows, but is incorrect when the Platform is set to Android. It is incorrect in the game view when set to Android and on an Android device.
