[LWRP] Reflection Probe becomes black in an Android build when it is loaded from an Asset Bundle
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open project "Case_1187167" from the provided link
2. Build the project for Android
3. Open the app on Android device
4. Notice the Reflection Probe is black
Expected results: Reflection probe loaded from an AssetBundle is white
Actual results: Reflection probe loaded from an AssetBundle is black
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a6(5.3.1), 2019.2.8f1(6.9.0), 2020.1.0a1(7.1.1), 2020.1.0a9(7.1.1)

Notes: The issue seems to only reproduce on Android devices. 2019.3.0b7 Builds no not reproduce the issue on the same devices, however, the bug appears again in 2020.1

Resolution Note:
The reflection probe in the repro project is set to "realtime" but realtime reflection probes are disabled in Quality Settings.
