LWRP package 6.9.0 is corrupted for Linux Editor
This error appears when i try to install LWRP package 6.9.0 on Linux:
Cannot perform upm operation: shasum check failed for /home/catalinaluca/.config/unity3d/cache/npm/packages.unity.com/.tmp2599pzPiMX76RA6Z/tarball/package.tgz

To reproduce:
- try to install LWRP 6.9.0 on Linux
Tested on Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS
Cannot reproduce with package version 6.7.1 or earlier versions
Cannot reproduce on Windows or MACOS
Affects both Unity Editor 19.2 and 19.3
