[LWRP] Add to list button gives empty list when trying to add features to the Forward Renderer
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project and install LWRP package
2. In the Project window go to the Assets folder
3. Right click -> Create -> Rendering -> Lightweight Render Pipeline -> Forward Renderer
4. Select the newly created Custom Forward Renderer and go to the Inspector window
5. Try to click 'Add to list' button
Expected result: a drop-down menu with possible Renderer Features opens up
Actual result: nothing opens up
Reproducible with Unity versions: 2019.1.0f2, 2019.2.0a12
Reproducible with package versions: 5.7.2, 5.8.2, 5.9.0, 6.5.3

Had the same issue, resolved it by assuring i was in 5.10.0 + Leightweight RP Version inside package manager (which is not the verified version for now).
Hope it will resolve your issue -
