[Lumin] PhysX Persistent Contact Manifold crash when deploying on LuminOS
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build the Project for Lumin Platform
3. Follow the reproduction video for exact steps
Result: Unity Player crashes
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0f2, Magic leap OS version: 0.96.1, Lumin SDK Version: 0.21.0.
