Low color contrast between text and its background in the Layout Properties section when the Editor Theme is set to Light
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached '1293782.zip' project
2. Set the Editor Theme to 'Light' (Edit > Preferences > General > Editor Theme)
3. Open 'SampleScene'
4. In the Hierarchy window select the 'Cube' object
5. Observe the 'Layout Properties' section in the bottom part of the Inspector window
Expected result: The color contrast between text and its background is high
Actual result: The color contrast between text and its background is low
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a4, 2020.2.0b13, 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.15f1, 2020.1.15f1, 2020.2.0a3
