Long Layer names are not fully visible in the drop-down list when selecting it in the Inspector window from Script component
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "TestProject.zip"
2. Go to Assets > Scenes folder
3. Open "SampleScene.unity" Scene
4. In the Hierarchy window select the cube GameObject
5. In the Inspector window, in the Test script Component select the drop-down menu
6. Observe the names of the layers in the list
Expected result: Layer names are fully visible in the drop-down list
Actual result: Layer names are not visible in the drop-down list
Reproducible with: 2021.1.0a2, 2021.1.25f1, 2021.2.0b15, 2022.1.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.21f1, 2021.1.0a1
