Logs don't output Full Stack Trace even if set to "Full" Logging
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "workbench-2019.zip" project
2. "Test" -> "Throw exception"
3. Notice an Error
Expected Result: The Logged Error contains the Full Stack Trace
Actual Result: The Logged Error only contains the Managed part of the Stack Trace
Reproduced with: 2019.2.0a9, 2019.1.0b8, 2018.3.10f1, 2017.4.24f1
