Locked Project Browser window acts/behaves as unlocked when text is entered into the search bar
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'Reflection Probe Report.zip' project
2. Lock the open Project window
3. In the Project window's search bar enter 'test'
4. In the Lighting window double click 'Default-Skybox' in the Skybox Material field
5. Observe the Project window
Expected result: Project window keeps its state (as it is locked)
Actual result: Project window is reset
Reproducible with: 2017.4.33f1, 2018.4.12f1, 2019.2.11f1, 2019.3.0b8, 2020.1.0a9
