Localized Sprites are not shown in the build when using Localization
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "LocalizedSprites.zip"
2. Build the project
3. Open build and click on the Germany flag button
Expected result: Sprites are shown
Actual result: Sprites are not shown
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-pre.9 (2021.1.25f1), 1.0.4 (2021.2.0b16, 2022.1.0a13)
Not reproducible with: 1.0.0-pre.8 (2021.1.25f1)
Could not test with: 2019.4.31f1 (Errors: "Assets/Fonts/Script/scriptTexttest.cs(3,19): error CS0234: The type or namespace name 'UI' does not exist in the namespace 'UnityEngine' (are you missing an assembly reference?)"), 2020.3.20f1 (Errors: "error CS0006: Metadata file '/Path/Library/PackageCache/com.unity.localization@1.0.0-pre.9/Editor/Unity.Localization.ThirdParty.Editor.dll' could not be found")

- In the Play Mode Sprites are loaded
