[Localization] Using API key to retrieve data outputs "Request is missing required authentication credential. Expected OAuth 2"
Reproduction steps:
1. Set up Google API Sheets Service Provider
2. Try to Pull data from using the API key
Expected result: Using API key to retrieve data does not output "Request is missing required authentication credential. Expected OAuth 2" and data is retrieved
Actual result: Using API key to retrieve data outputs "Request is missing required authentication credential. Expected OAuth 2 access token"
Reproduces on: Localization 0.7.1 - preview, 0.9.0 - preview (2019.4.17f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.1f1, 2021.1.0b1)
Could not test on: Localization 0.3.1-preview (2018.4.30f1), Localization 0.6.1-preview (2019.4.17f1) due to Package errors when downgrading the Project/Package
