Localization: Can't close LocalizedString dropdown with ESC key
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open the 'SampleScene' Scene
3. Select the 'text' GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Open the 'Localized String' dropdown in the Inspector
5. Attempt to close it by pressing the ESC key
Expected result: dropdown closes
Actual result: dropdown does not close
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-pre.10, 1.0.1 (2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.22f1, 2021.2.0b13, 2022.1.0a10)
