Localization addressable labels are applied to the asset parent folder when assigning assets to the localization table if reimporting the asset before assigning it to the table entry
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “Bug localization addressable labels.zip” project
2. Open the “Addressables Groups” window (Menu > Asset Management > Addressables > Groups)
3. Expand “Default Local Group (Default” and “Assets/Project assets”
4. In the Project window, go to Assets > Project assets > Localized assets and select “New material” material
5. Right-click and select “Reimport”
6. Open the “Localization Tables” window (Menu > Asset Management > Localization Tables) and assign “New material” to the “English” field
7. Observe the “Labels” fields of expanded fields in the “Addressables Groups” window
Expected result: Fields are empty
Actual result: “Locale-en” are in the field
Reproducible with: 1.20.0 (2021.3.34f1), 1.21.19 (2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.17f1), 2.0.6 (2023.2.6f1, 2023.3.0b3)
Not reproducible with: 1.19.19 (2021.3.34f1)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.6.3 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: reproduced with different Localization packages (1.3.1, 1.5.0-pre.5)
