Local server for WebGL Build&Run broken
-e: the server can't either be reached at all or the content doesn't get delivered properly
--works with 2021.2.0a17, starts failing on a18, windows & macos
-repro:
--create new empty project
--switch to WebGL
--Build&Run
--NOTICE after the building finishes the local server doesn't serve the the built project to the opened browser
