List element overlaps everything when using Serializable struct/class
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity”
3. Click “Cube” GameObject
5. In the Inspector window, click on “Element 0” to expand it
Expected result: Expanded element window does not overlap
Actual result: Expanded element window overlaps everything (see the attached image)
Reproducible with: 2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.4f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.34f1, 2022.1.0a1, 2022.1.4f1, 2022.1.0a16
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro 20H2

I'm on 2020.3.39f1 and I still get this issue when using nested properties that have foldouts...
Here I posted an image showing the problem:
