[Linux] Stutter in Unity Video Player
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project
2) Build and run for Linux
Expected: Smooth playing
Actual: Stutter (depending on power of rig, from slight to major)
Reproduced in 2018.1.0f2, 2018.2.10f1
