[Linux] [Vulkan] SRP - SkinnedMeshRenders don't work with Vulkan
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (LWRP-skinning-bug-vulkan.zip) with -force-vulkan argument
Expected result: You can see the character in Game View
Actual result: You can't see the character in the Game View
Reproducible with: 2018.2.7f1
Could not test with: 2017.4.10f1, 2018.1.6f1
Note: Couldn't test with 2017.4.10f1 and 2018.1.6f1, because support for Vulcan API was added in 2018.2 version
