Scale All Gizmo gets stuck in stretched mode if the action is stopped by mouse right-click
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project or open an existing one
2. Create a Cube in scene
3. Select Scale Tool while having the Cube selected
4. Scale the object in all axes by dragging on the grey cube in the middle of the gizmo
5. Cancel the dragging action by right-clicking
Expected results: Gizmo size gets reset to initial size
Actual results: Gizmo size remains stretched
Reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.26f1, 2021.2.8f1, 2022.1.0b6, 2022.2.0a2
Notes:
- Reproducible with Linux and Windows
- Not reproducible with Mac
- This doesn't reproduce when using the all in one Transform Tool Gizmo
- Issue goes away when interacting with the Gizmo normally
- Issue applies to individual axes as well, but they seem to reset after a few seconds
