[URP][Linux] RenderingCommandBuffer Errors are being thrown after creating a 3D Universal Project
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Universal 3D Project
2. Observe the Console
Expected result: No Errors or Warnings are being thrown
Actual result: Errors relating to RenderingCommandBuffer are being thrown
Reproducible with: 2021.3.39f1
Reproduced on: Ubuntu 20.04
