[Linux] -popupwindow argument is ignored when running a built project
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project 'popup_window.zip'
2. Build the project for Linux
3. Run the built project from the terminal with -popupwindow argument
Expected result: Built project's window is without borders
Actual result: Nothing is different, as if it ignored the argument
Reproducible with: 2017.4.30f1, 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.9f1, 2019.2.0b9, 2019.3.0a8
Not reproducible on Windows.
