[Linux][Plastic SCM] Unity Version Control window text is replaced by the key names of the labels and buttons
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new 3D project
2. Click Window > Unity Version Control
3. Observe the text inside the Unity Version Control window
Expected result: Key values are used for the text of the buttons and labels
Actual result: Key names are used for the text of the buttons and labels
Reproducible with: 2.0.3, 2.1.0.preview.6 (2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.1f1, 2023.1.0b20, 2023.2.0a18)
Not reproducible with: 2.0.1 (2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.1f1, 2023.1.0b20, 2023.2.0a18)
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 23.04, Ubuntu 22.10
