[Linux][Plastic SCM] Cannot create a repository
How to reproduce:
1. Create an empty Unity project
2. Window -> PlasticSCM
3. Create Workspace (leave everything on default)
4. Press Create workspace again
Expected result: Workspace is created
Actual result: "z assembly" error is thrown
Reproducible with: 2020.3.43f1, 2021.3.16f1, 2022.2.2f1, 2023.1.0a25
Reproduced on: Linux Ubuntu 20.04
Workaround: Exit and open project again and the repository should be created
