[Linux] Packages cannot be added to the Pacakage Manager through URLs on Ubuntu 18.04
Repro steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Window -> Package Manager
3. "Add package from Git URL"
4. Paste 'https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/Graphics?path=com.unity.postprocessing'
5. Add
Expected: Package is added successfully without errors
Actual: Package is not added with a few errors thrown in the Console
Reproducible with: 2021.2.7f1
